Extremely rude doctor!! Challenging me when explaining my condition.. I work in a hospital, if this doctor is working in a hospital his credentials will stripped off. Not acceptable and unprofessional.

Horrible experience, i wanted to show him some necessary documents on my phone that were related to the reason of my visit, and he yelled at me to put my phone away and that I'm not allowed to go on it if I'm sitting in front of him. He is rude, disrespectful and does not listen to what I had to say, and only wants to make money off of my appointment. As a student my OHIP covers my TB skin test, yet he said I have to pay $100 for the test and even more for the reading, when no other doctor has done that to me. I'm positive that the urgent clinic on Ching is not a private clinic.

Worst doctor ever..doesn’t listen to patient and jump to conclusion. Just want to see patients to make money, and won’t listen to patients what they have to say. Pushes patients to book another appointment, all he does is read scripted messages for every issue you tell him.

We were spoiled on a previous doctor now retired. Dr Ekladious will often have a referral approach before becoming a doctor with advice of experience. This is due to not a lot of experience to this point in his career. That’s fine, however I have problem with when I’m trying to find root cause of an issue and sometimes I’ve experienced great efforts to solve an issue then other times somewhat of a best wishes for a speedy recovery statement walking away with me still wanting solutions. Sometimes felt he believes the problem will magicaccy disappear when it does not.

First time seeing this doctor and I never want to go back!
He did not hear anything I have to say, just asked 1 question and then told me to “follow him”….he lead me to the registration desk and disappeared. Huge waste of my time!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ekladious for the past few years and we are so happy to have a family doctor that we trust. He listens, explains things thoroughly, follows up, and overall our experience has been very pleasant. I use to have concerns about the tight space and cleanliness of the rooms, but they recently renovated and the place is now beautiful and well maintained. Thanks Dr. E and team!
