Highly recommend Dr Newtons procedure, which I undertook at age 57. Procedure took around half an hour, started with numbing cream (slight warming sensation but goes away quickly), injections (feel a small scratch), then actual procedure - felt nothing. Felt a bit weird after but got used to it quickly. Only negative was the stitches (I understand some just get glue, but though they would be dissolvable stitches at least). Told they would absorb into skin but got very annoying at about 4 weeks mark. Some fell out, some came out with assistance...., some absorbed into skin. Very happy with the result, and although I think more should be covered by medicare or health funds (my health fund would not cover as I wasnt in hospital), I was happy to pay the cost.

Being in my mid 30s and getting a cosmetic adult circumcision I was very nervous, but Dr Newton was very professional and listened to the outcome I desired and 3 months post-op I am thrilled with the results.
