My experience of this Dr for an independent medical exam was traumatic, he failed to listen to me and provided me with a false diagnosis

My experience with Dr Rajiv Siotia was traumatic and i find him very controlling and unhelpful with my incorrect diagnosis and in stay care. His medications started poorly but he persuaded and manipulated me to stay on them for months and increased dosage to a point that lead me to suicide ideation and hospitalisation under his care! Thats when he really put me under pressure to go to another hospital if i felt suicidal under his care in hospital. I was in fear and did exactly what he wanted until i got out of hospital and reported him to the CEO of the mental health hospital. I would stay away from his hospital in stays and his forceful nature of his medications even though they didn't work for months! I hope this helps people not to go through the same trauma i had under his controlling care.

I personally have not seen this doctor myself but I have watched the progress my friend has made while seeing him. He seems very compassionate and I feel very greatful that my friend has his support. She is a different person since seeing him. Thank you Dr Siotia! Xx

Dr Siotia is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He listens intently and makes you feel like you matter. He is very professional and has a good sense of humour to put you at ease.
He has a gentle voice and seems to really care. Doesn't dish out medication like they are lollies, he actually takes time in diagnosing or changing medication. Addicts generally don't like him because he won't prescribe medication he doesn't believe you need. Best Psychiatrist I have had! (I have had as many Psychiatrists as Taylor Swift has heartbreak songs.)

Dr Siotia is a lovely caring person who takes the time to listen to you and explain anything you might not understand. He is patient and does not diagnose you on the first meeting, he takes the time to get to know and understand you. He has been wonderful for me and my ongoing recovery.

Dr Siotia is very knowledgeable in his field, shows concern to all his patient and remembers each one with specific prob/ or what you are going through. He works well with patients and very proactive.

The best experience. He was very attentive and was able to take me off the cocktail of medications that I was on. I have lost weight and don't feel groggy all day. He contacted my previous treating doctors for a detailed history before making any changes :)
