Unfortunately my wonderful doctor of over 15 yrs retired and I was matched with Dr Famuyide. Like others before me have noted, she is rude, judgemental and dismissive. Very poor bedside manner and her assessment feels very rushed. The only positive attribute is that she is punctual but that’s likely due to the fact that she spends such little time with her patients.

She addressed my fertility concerns with compassion . I found her quite knowledgable. She gave me uptodate information. My experience with her was wonderful and I highly recommend her

I was so impressed with Dr. Famuyide. She was around 10 minutes behind and apologized that a previous patient needed some extra time. I found her to be extremely warm and kind. I'm not sure what the others have posted here but my experience could not be further from what some people have posted on here.

I’ll start this off by saying I’ve seen a lot of doctors over the years. She is by far the worst physician I have ever seem. PLEASE take all these comment into consideration before seeing her. I left the examination not only in pain when there should’ve been none at all, I felt completely humiliated and disrespected. Please ask your doctor for a different referral if they mention her name.

Horrible Dr. ever. She is horrible. I had a very bad experience with her for my IUD insertion. It was too much painful but she was not stopping while I was shouting and screaming. So careless and terrible. After one week I am still bleeding. I am going to sue her. After my insertion my feeling and my body were hurt. Never ever suggest her to any one. She is a nightmare, nightmare, nightmare

She is cold, brusque, confrontational, and doesn't listen to your concerns. She seems angry and unfriendly and I am afraid to ask her for anything. I question her clinical judgement. She would probably be a good lawyer.

My doctor referred her to me for some hormonal issues and the whole experience was horrible. The receptionists were confused and called me several times. We couldn’t do an in person appointment for some reason so it was over the phone. She was rude and couldn’t get her headset on properly. She made me feel like my issues were all in my head. I actually had to tell her that I didn’t fell comfortable with her and hung up. I phoned my family doctor back to complain and the receptionist actually laughed because many patients of hers have called back in tears complaining about this same thing!!

My experience with Dr Famuyide has been great. I arrived at my physical with a list of questions which she answered in a very collegial manner with patience prior to begining. My physical was thorough, with follow-up sheduled as needed. My appointment was confirmed electronically for the time it had been booked months ago.
I feel well cared for, and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Famuyide.

Doctor Famuyide is now in Winnipeg, at the Assiniboine clinic. I met her for the first time at my meet and greet in June after being referred to her from family doctor finder. On our first meet/physical she was cold hearted, condescending, and was questionable in her practice. Absolutely zero assessment was done - no weight, no vital signs readings. I am a nurse and have never witnessed such a cold and lack of respect for patients from a doctor. At first I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, and I thought maybe she was only cold toward me due to social awkwardness with a new unknown patient. However seeing all the other reviews on her bedside manner this confirms for me that this poor rapport with patients has nothing to do with unfamiliarity, the rude attitude is simply her personality. Since then I have needed to book an appointment to get some essential paperwork filled out for my position at work (medical papers needing to be filled out by my own family doctor and cannot be done at a walk-in clinic). I have now made 4 appointments with her, the first one she cancelled on me only 1 hour before the time of my appointment after I already used a stat day at work. The other 3 appointments were to be scheduled for the future however her receptionist keeps calling me a few days after each time I book that dr Famuyide has cancelled appointments for that day and I need to reschedule. She is completely unreliable, I won’t be going back to someone so terrible at their job.
