Dr. Olivia Potok is a gifted and caring dermatologist. After seeing me she immediately performed surgery to remove cancer from my left arm and her stitches were perfect and never left a scar. She implemented an aggressive prolotherapy treatment plan as a preventative care measure. Unfortunately I never received treatment because of the actions of the clinic Skin Health and Wellness. I hope that Dr. Potok is able to find a better place to practice because she is an excellent doctor who cares about her patients.

Dr.Potok has been an awesome Dr. Had the greatest pleasure working with her. She was efficient and really helpful with everything. Very professional, definitely recommend her. So sorry to see her go and I wish her all the best.

I had the pleasure of working for Dr. Potok. I would just like to say that no matter the circumstance on a daily basis, the demand for skin doctors is unbelievable, never in my dreams did I expect that a skin specialist is in such demand. Dr. Potok decided to relocate back to her home with plenty of notice given, which through this pandemic and everything else going on in our world, all the best to her!! She is a very professional, pleasant doctor, and I must say one of the very few that I have worked with for, caring and respecting patients on a daily basis!! Good luck Dr. Potok and you are one of the very best that we again have lost in Saskatchewan.....Maureen

I saw Dr. Potok quite a few times and despite often being a bit late and a bit rushed I didn’t mind as she was better than any of the other dermatologist and gave good recommendations. However, she has suddenly closed her practice without notifying patients, leaving me without a dermatologist, having to wait over a year to see another one. She definitely should have notified patients ahead of time so they could get set up with another dermatologist and have files transferred. This is very unprofessional.

It took 8 years of crappy doctors in Regina to finally get a referral . She ordered allergy tests for me and my skin, though never clear, has been much better ever since. She was effective where others were absurd: “you’re just allergic to yourself” and “take Zantac “…. My two visits to her improved my life.

After a 7 month wait for an appointment, I had hoped for her take a little more time. The 30 minutes of lateness wasn’t as big a deal as the fact that she pretty much had one foot out the door for my entire appointment. She is very nice and kind. But the fact that she seemed so rushed to finish our appointment made me feel like I was imposing on her time. I had wanted to ask more questions but it felt so whirlwind and I eventually realized I forgot some key questions. My fault for not writing my questions down. But I really didn’t feel like she was invested anyway. Our appointment lasted 6 minutes.

Apparently she is no longer taking new pts. I was referred last October, almost 7 months ago. In January I checked with the office, as I had not heard anything from them. Yes they had received my referral, I was on the list. Yesterday I received a phone call from another doctor wondering if I still needed to see a dermatologist. This doctor was a GP, practicing dermatology. I could have just stuck with my GP. I am so not impressed!

Both I and my 97 year old mother have been patients of Dr. Potok and have been very happy with her knowledge, care and treatments. She was exceptionally kind and gentle with my mother who has mild dementia. I would definitely recommend her.
