Dr Fares is one of the few family doctors that really cares about patients. He does not stop you after the first problem you discuss. He will try his best to help and get you the best care. With this broken health system, I feel so lucky he is my doctor.

I see Dr Fares at the Navan clinic location and very happy with the services the clinic provide. I can get an appointment within the same week or go to their walk-in clinic to see him or another doctor if need be. He is generous with his time unlike most doctors these days, knowledgeable and caring.

So blessed to have found him as a doctor. I have multiple issues that my previous family doctor refused to acknowledge or help me with. He has listened and help me through every single one so far and has been patient and respectful towards my needs and wishes. He has been extremely knowledgeable & has been able to explain anything I’ve brought up so far. So much stress has been alleviated and I’m on the road of doing better. I’ve left his office in happy tears. First time I feel supported and have a good relationship with my family doctor. Hope we can keep him for a long time. I feel like he genuinely cares about my well being and I can trust him.

Dr Fares replaced my family dr. It’s his way or the highway. He is neither compassionate, nor professional. During my last in person appt, he wasn’t interested in my health. I would like a dr who is interested in working with me. After 2 months of really poor care, today was notified he is leaving. Bye bye

Dr. Fares replaced my original GP who retired. At my first appointment with him, I told him of a genuine health concern. He brushed me off and assumed my issue was not important because I'm female and it had to do with menstruation. It was December 2020 and he said if my problem didn't change I could come back in the new year. In that time I had to go to Urgent Care twice for severe blood loss. My hemoglobin was 7.0 g/dL and Dr. fares was careless about my situation. When I saw him a second time he examined my body after the urgent care visits and asked if it hurt but did not take me seriously or refer me to a specialist in a timely fashion. His questions were dismissive and not about my actual symptoms, but more about his assumptions. He also stared at his computer the whole time and it felt like he wasn't interested in me.
