I scheduled a WELL WOMAN (free) visit Oct. 2017. First time to see her and will NEVER go back. Because I already had a 3D mammogram done she said I didn't need a breast exam and since I had a hysterectomy that it wasn't necessary to have a pap test. Dr. asked if I had any questions, I said no. She told me I made her job easy, walked out of the room and coded the visit as GENERAL instead of WELL WOMAN. Billing will do nothing about it and no one from Dr. Smart office will return a call. I'm retired and $40 means a lot to me and that's why we have insurance. But, apparently Dr. Smart thinks she needs and deserves the money more than me. She has so many bad ratings, but apparently that doesn't bother her either.

Absolutely disgusted! After calling me and moving my appointment from 3:00pm to 2:00pm, which I was fine with. I did not see Dr. Smart until 3:43.
Dr. Smart is extremely rude, she had no sympathy for my feelings or concerns revolving my chronic pelvic pain. She proceeded to ask me (the patient!) what type of medication I think would be best to be put on. She sent me home with a 8 page “pelvic pain questionnaire” so that she could determine if it was worth her time to see me again and come up with a treatment plan. As a new patient I am extremely displease and will not be returning to any physician at BJC.
