As a female patient with a history of drug abuse and then recovery, I feel as though she dismisses each and every issue I discuss during an appointment. So much so, that sometimes I choose to go into the local ER rather than book an appointment with her as I find she belittles me and questions me as if I am using again. I’ve been clean for over 5 years… anytime I’ve discussed pain she immediately believes I am drug seeking. She always asks me with the condescending look “what would you like to see happen?” Before giving me her “medical opinion”….. the latest medical diagnosis she’s given me is, you’re a mom, it’s normal to be depressed, angry, anxious, loosing weight, no sex drive, new onset OCD, sore muscles and joints etc.
Absolutely useless!

I’ve been Dr.Lozano’s patient for 13 years. She helped me starting in my formative teen years to me having a baby as an adult and is now my newborns doctor too. I feel so safe in her care. She never makes me feel rushed and always is helpful with all of my concerns. I feel so lucky that we have her. Truly the best doctor I’ve ever encountered!! My entire family has been going to greenboro clinic for 25+ years and we have never had a bad experience. Such wonderful staff there.

Dr. Lozano is amazing! She is always on time or early, she listens well and has great knowledge. I’m lucky to have her and the Greenboro staff. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help me out!
