Ignores fact parents had already been in a dependency and neglect trial brought on by one of the parents, a parent was proven innocent in the jury trial, another parent opted out for treatment plan, he gave custody to parent that opted out. The decision was favoritism to Children's Hospital pediatric case manager mom. Had conversation with elderly grandparents of the children behind client's back and extorted payment of thousands of dollars from him and then proceeded to give custody to opposite parent. Required parents to come into his office during the governors safer at home orders. Every parent witnessed leaving his office showed signs of extreme duress. Was reported to DORA for serious concerns of HIPA violation and child maltreatment.

The assistant claimed the counselor repeatedly groped her, forcibly kissed her, suggested they go shopping together at Victoria’s Secret and had set up overnight seminar trips in which he booked a single hotel room for the two of them with one bed.
