I wouldn't recommend this dentist at all he's very rude and unprofessional and unpleasant he has no bedside manners and he causes more issues I don't understand how he still has a job

So unprofessional. + This dentist doesn’t know what he’s doing left me in severe pain had to get issue resolved else where… costing me over 1k$. Please beware don’t trust this dentist with your teeth !!

I wasn't happy with the treatment when I saw him yesterday.
Joking about his poor review in front of me was tasteless, and he is correct, he does need better bedside manner. Everything was poorly explained to me and when I asked for clarity I felt brushed off. I didn't feel cared for as a patient, or a person. I especially didn't appreciate the way he grabbed me to manually make me bite down when I didn't immediately hear/ respond to him.
I am now experiencing jaw pain and the inability to open my mouth more than a few cm’s.
I've never experienced this from any dental surgery or filling, and unfortunately I’ve had a few handfuls in my lifetime.
This is one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Reviews on here MUST be fake. He is very arrogant and rude, poor bedside manner. Patients deserve compassion and respect from their dentist. Dr Urguhart behaves in a gruff and condescending manner that makes you feel very uncomfortable. Your questions will be met with a condescending response and a dirty look as if you are beneath him. I cannot believe he gets away with this behaviour.

This review is long overdue. In April 2021, Century Stone Dental took me in 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday when I was experiencing severe sudden pain resulting in an emergency root canal on the following Monday. The compassion and care of the staff here is incomparable to any other dental team I have been with. Dr. Urquhart took the time to explain everything whilst consciously aware of the pain I was feeling. I felt validated and heard when it was so difficult to explain the pain. Considering how I arrived only minutes before closing, he did not make me feel like I was impeding on his time; I did not feel like I was rushed out and he made sure that I got the treatment that was best suited for me until the root canal procedure could be performed. Dr. Urquhart is a phenomenal dentist and I'm so glad that despite having had to find a dental clinic that would take me in so suddenly, I found an exceptional dental team for my family as well.

I WOULD NOT recommend this dentist. He used confusing medical jargon to explain what was going on, and seeing as I don't have a dental degree, I had no idea what he was talking about. When I asked him to explain it to me in layman's terms, he was down right rude and condescending. He actually likened my tooth to a "rotting garbage bag" in his exact words. Getting dental work is hard as it is, but the experience with this Dentist made me want to never see a dentist again. Everyone else at the practice is exceptional, kind and a pleasure to work with, everyone but this dentist.  I am also very surprised to see this many good reviews, I'd put money on these being fake. Why is every review written in May?

It is strange that Kenneth has over 200 five star reviews from May 2018 on this website. I guess the service took a dip after that month as the care I received from Kenneth was not great. Upon second opinion, much of the recommended work was not required, unfortunately, and the work that had been completed was deemed unnecessary. Avoid.

I had two crowns done. Dr. Urquhart and Victoria did a great job in making sure that the work was perfect. Jane and Catherine were really helpful in getting me appointments that worked with my schedule. Thanks everyone!

I always tried to avoid the dentist as much as possible because of nerves but switching to this office was a great choice! Dr. Sims & Dr. Urquhart made me so relaxed plus I get to watch Netflix! All the staff welcome you with a warm smile!

My husband and I have been using Century Stone Dental office for many years. We recommend anyone looking for a dental office to go and see Dr. Sims and his team. Everyone from the minute you walk through the door is welcoming and attentive to your needs. Dr. Sims and Dr. Urqhart are fantastic dentists who make sure that your dental health is well taken care of. Josie and Dena are excellent Hygienists, very knowledgeable with a soft touch!
