She was the doctor who delivered my daughter. She was kind and thorough and all went well. The nurses at URVH were all very good also.

Smart doc. Saw me once and started tests. Called with answers and a plan. You will wait to see her and good reason, she is good. Other docs in the group are very good as well if you can’t see her.

Dr. Goodine has always been there for me and my family when we needed her. She obviously really loves children and is so good to them. When my son had a chest infection, Dr. Goodine was the only person who took it seriously - she gave him antibiotics and he felt better after being sick for a long time. We are so happy to have her as our doctor. We hope she never leaves.

I met Dr. Goodine on the labour and delivery unit. She was kind and extremely professional. She delivered my daughter after a long labour and then acted swiftly when the baby needed resuscitation. We owe her our daughter’s life. Excellent doctor and a beautiful person.

Dr. Katie is the most compassionate, caring doctor you will ever meet. She goes above and beyond to give the best possible care. She recently helped me through a health crisis. She spotted the initial problem and then fought for me to get into the specialist quickly. She followed up after surgery and made many phone calls both to me as well as other hospitals and doctors and I doubt very much she got paid for a lot of her efforts. My wife and I feel so very blessed to have her as our family doctor.

My low rating is due to the fact that it is nearly impossible to contact this office. Their office staff only answer the phone during a reduced period each day, and there is no way to leave a message when they are invariably on the phone already. This makes it very difficult to make an appointment! And they are not set up to book appointments online either.
