Dr Howell is caring and really listens. She has spent the time to help with a diagnosis and then to support me as we work to find the best plan of action based on the diagnosis. I highly recommend working with her.

I've had her as my psychiatrist for over 6 months, she has been great. She really listens and tries to understand what your going through, before she does any kind of diagnosis. Would highly recommend Dr. Howell.

She is the best psychiatrist I've met in Ottawa. Not only she's a psychiatrist but she's really sensitive and cares about other people's emotions. She also does psychotherapy which is provided by OHIP. Her practice is fairly new but I recommend it to anyone who has psychiatric issues. She also has years of experience in the field of psychiatry working in different environments.
