Jennifer Zimbalist is a dermatology physicians assistant and she is terrific! I developed painful cystic acne breakouts after menopause and kept getting treated for rosacea which was an incorrect diagnosis. Luckily for me, that PA left the practice and I became Dr. Jen's patient. She correctly identified my problem as being hormone-related, prescribed the correct medication and course of treatment and with patience and diligence I am now clear and acne-free. A recent diagnosis of an autoimmune skin condition was also right on the money. Dr. Jen is kind and caring with a gentle bedside manner. She listens attentively, doesn't rush you and patiently answers questions so you are well-informed. When needed she seeks a second-opinion (not often, she's very knowledgeable). Procedures are explained step by step and she excels at making patients as comfortable as possible. In the case of biopsies, that's especially helpful and minimizes anxiety. Highly recommended. Dr. Jen's a great doctor.
