I was extremely pleased with the service from Dr. Lipsitz. He was extremely knowledgeable and is very passionate about the importance of sleep and ensuring that his patients are well cared for. He was able to monitor me remotely and recommended the right machine for me. I have been delighted with the quality of my sleep as well as his responsiveness whenever I have any questions. Not sure, why all the negative reviews. I was also referred by the Cleveland Clinic and have found Dr Lipsitz very professional and knowledgeable. This is all during Covid-19 and he did everything to make my experience as good as possible given the situation. Lastly very impressed with his following up with my treatment and responsiveness.

I was referred to Dr. Lipsitz by my family physician at the Cleveland clinic. I communicated with Dr. Lipsitz first by email then on the phone and ultimately met him in person. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would enthusiastically recommend him to my family and friends.

I'm sorry that I've rated his staff poorly. She was fine. I just had such a poor experience with him, that I can't imagine rating anything high on here. He's without a doubt the worst doctor I've ever been to.
