My experience was was very ,I was denied service due to not wearing a mask ,for my eye exam under current provincial and regional all mask mandate have been lifted as of March ,21,2022 ,even though ,I mentioned that I was excempt
And also diabetic ,this did not matter there was no display of compassion for my health concerns and there was apologies,it is sad because I have used This optometrist before ,what happen was clear violation of human rights code ,and a violation bill S201 which is a federal law in Canada there is no excuse for this behaviour,denying a Canadian citizen access to health services in all it capacity .

Let's just say, if she had all the pricks inside as she does outside, she'd be a porcupine. Not friendly.

2nd time seeing Dr. Au and each time is a great experience. She is professional, detailed and takes the time to explain procedures.
Most recent visit was during covid and Dr.Au took the time to clean her hands and equipment several times during my exam.
Don’t hesitate- make an appointment!

I have been seen by many doctors in my life. I have to say Dr. Au is very impressive with her excellent personal personality. She’s very detailed, professional and kind. I’ll definitely recommend her to all my friends. Your clinic is very lucky to have her.
