Front desk is too busy chatting with friends on phone and on personal phone calls instead of tending to patients. Phone calls are not answered and messages not returned. The so said 'doctor' has very poor communication and a large lack of general knowledge. Loves to perscribe medications even if they interact with each other. Thank goodness yo my pharmacy who caught the deadky interaction amongst the perscribed medications. No wonder this ckinic is always empty and wait times are quick - there are NO patients!! They've gone elsewhere because they too learned this woman is a poor functioning doctor with poor front desk skills!!

Lacks communication skills, lacks knowledge, lazy., sneaky, disrespectful, unprofessional, simple minded. The front desk is just as lazy. No wonder this clinic is never busy!

My family and I have been going to Dr.Sadek for around 6 years now and she has always been friendly and professional. She always gives me the time I need to share my concerns and ask any questions I have. She is quite diligent and knowledgeable when sharing information, assessing and diagnosing us. I particularly appreciate her punctuality with appointments as I’ve never had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes, unlike my previous doctor which had wait times of 30+ min. The receptionist Anna is delightful and super friendly with everyone on the phone and in person. Overall, a friendly and professional atmosphere all around.

Incapable. Does not listen. Lazy. Unprofessional. Rude. Secretary thinks she is a doctor, trying to make up for lack of physician's skillset. Just awful. Do yourself a favor, find a doctor who cares and is confident in their profession. How this doctor (Sadek) made it through her education is a grand farce. Good luck in your health if you visit this doctor. True lack of physician's skillset.

Lazy front desk clerk and lazy doctor sadek. How this doctor got her liscense is astounding!!! She is not able to diagnose or send you to right specialist and will ignore your concerns. She does not listen to fully understand concerns. If you have more than a cold, good luck getting the help you need. Shey just care about charging visit. No followups and front desk girl always in back making personal phone calls. No wonder she can never answer calls and never return messages. Just a lazy horrible girl Ana. Go somewhere else, they don't care for yyour health and play games and cause patients more stress

Rude and unprofessional. Front desk never answers phone and never returns message. The doctor and receptionist Ana are very lazy. Highly recommend finding a clinic with doctor who cares for your health.

I am new to the area. I have never had a doctor/receptionist team this is so helpful and quick to follow up on tests. The Dr. even works to reach the patient by phone on Sundays. Thorough and friendly and helpful. We are very happy to finally have a family doctor in the area.

Doctor is limited experience and knowledge possibly due to education in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Jumps to conclusions and unable to access. Does not care to help if you are of a certain nationality.
