If I can rate Dr. Dhaliwall less stars, I would.
Barely pays attention to the patient. The diagnosis was so easily and surely done that I had a feeling that it was already done before I even walked in.
Luckily, I went to another specialist to get a second opinion and surely my eyes didn’t need the surgery, which was proposed by Dr. Dhaliwall.

There is no DOCTOR more beloved than DR. HARJINDER DHALIWAL - and one only has to be sitting in the waiting area to 'over-hear' the positive comments in all 'dealings' with Dr. Dhaliwal. I've been going to Dr. Dhaliwal for a number of years now and think he is fantasitic. Great personality and knowledge and is very willing to spend a bit of time to answer questions. I would have no hesitation recommending him to family and friends. His office staff are sometimes not the most organized, especially when replacement staff are in to cover for regular staff illness and vacation, but this isn't the only business that suffers from staffing issues.

i had my upper eyelid lifted he did both eyes dr Harjinder Dhaliwal he is the most kindest gentle caring understanding eye surgeon in b. c. he listens the whole time in what you are saying i had my surgery on march 7 2023 he did an amazing job i went back on the march 13th 2023 n he took the stitches out he told me was healing nicely i have been putting his ointment on the incision since march 7 also i have been using a ice gel pack n it covers both eyes i have already recommended dr. to 3 people in my building i wanted to tell u dr dahaliwal you are the best n thank you so much for letting me see again patsy walters

I arrived for my appointment 8 minutes earlier and checked in. 15 minutes after I got impatient and asked why no one was calling me yet. Somehow the staff forgot to log me in and several folks went ahead of me. 1 hour later I’m am still waiting for the eye doctor. I know he is busy… but I guess the reason for setting appointments is because everyone’s time is important - but not for this doctor. I’ve seen him before and it wasn’t this bad. This time it was just like waiting for service in a third world country.

Ignore all these fake reviews. Save your time and book with another doctor. Staff is extremely unorganized and are constantly overbooking appointments. Waited for over an hour for my appointment and when i questioned the staff the lady gave me attitude. No explanation whatsoever. They make everyone else wait and whenever some approaches the front desk if when their turn is…..they say your are next, although their are people there who have been waiting for longer. IGNORE THESE FAKE REVIEWS YOUR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE.

I had a most delightful experience. I was a few minutes late and they were kind and understanding. I hardly waited at all. Dr. Dhaliwal was professional and very personable, caring and thorough. Thank you so much for putting me at ease and taking the time to answer all my concerns.

I met Dr. Dhaliwal at the Burnaby ER, I had a problem with my eye, I couldn’t see anything and I was in a lot of pain. Dr Dhaliwal was my physician and thanks to his prompt diagnosis and accurate treatment I didn’t lose my vision! He had an excellent bed side manner, he was very patient and positive even when he saw that the situation,at the time, was very serious. Dr.Dhaliwal called daily to check in on me between my appointments to make sure everything is going well and to prevent any possible complications.
I’ll be forever grateful for Dr.Dhaliwal’s help!
