Doesn't care about patients health at all! Always feel like my health concerns doesn't matter as she's unable to explain thoroughly. She's denied treatments that I've requested and would not note that she refused my request in my chart. Cancelled appointments without notice, unable to follow up with you.

Dr. Bajowa, while pleasant enough, rarely follows up and often quickly dismisses concerns. Getting an appointment is easy enough however I often left feeling as though more could’ve been done. She doesn’t seem to genuinely care about the well being of her patients.

Dr. Grace Bajawa is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and has wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

Never ever on time, impossible to get an appointment. I wait over an hour every single time.

Recently my family doctor retired and i needed to find a new one. I noticed that the new medical centre had opened near my home and they were accepting new patients. So I went in and inquired about the doctors, I was lucky enough to meet with Dr. Bajawa and she became my new family doctor. She is kind and understanding, never rushes you out and always listens to what you have to say and is knowledgeable. Also the staff are helpful with any questions you have.
