This dentist is an amazing human being . He, and his staff have always been very kind, and gone the extra mile every time. Three weeks ago I went in with a world of pain. He and two staff members worked on me 2 hours passed closing hours. He could have just extracted a painful tooth. Instead, he did that and rebuilt an almost dead one, cleaned out all the infection, gave me script antibiotics and 2 more for inflammation and pain relief. He has a bedside manner, funny and understanding. I overheard him calm a hysterical 6 year old and actually played a minute or two until he was subdued and and relaxed so he could work on the kid. Who does that anymore? This staff does. It does not get any better than this team. Rico Montanaro patient. He also makes sure that he has frozen my mouth and not cheap with it. He and Dr. Faetima are by far the best in Gatineau and Ottawa.

Dr. Maalouf is an excellent dentist and knows his stuff very well. He can pretty much do anything himself without having to send you to other specialists. He's calm and very nice. The only downfall is that he's taken on so many clients that it takes months to get an appointment and by then, situations have time to worsen.

We transferred to Dr Maalouf from our old clinic because we were unhappy with the service and quality of work. We are very happy we came to see Dr Maalouf. he is patient, honest and gentle hands. Highly recommend him.

Nous venons de transférer le dossier de ma fille chez Dr Maalouf après des années dans une autre clinique où notre dentiste a pris sa retraite et nous n'aimons pas le nouveau. Ma fille avait peur, et ne voulait pas se faire anesthésier Dr Maalouf a respecté son choix. Il a su la rassurer et il était très calme, de même que l'assistante. J'y transfert le reste de ma famille.
