Dr Ogulana is very helpful and if you need to be referred to a specialist she will do it.I have had very good experiences so far.The appt is very rarely on time but I guess that’s out of her hands.

Doctor Ogunlana has been my doctor for a few years now.
I find her to be very professional.
I feel I can talk to her.
She gets right to the point, but is still very pleasant.
She will send you to a specialist if needed.

Always efficient and helpful. This doctor thinks before she responds, giving the best advice and care possible.

She was my family doctor for about a year. I had to beg her for blood work tests to be done. Then when the results came where I tested rh positive for antibodies, she said that she does not know what that means. And more work has to be done. I was crying because of the results and she said that she does not know what the test means. After the appointment, I remember calling my older sister, the medical doctor at the Pembina Superstore about the results. I was crying near the pharmacy section as my sister told me to buy some NSAIDs in order to bring down the inflammation.

I've had three appointments so far with Dr. Dorothy. She has not spent much time with me in any of the appointments (less than 10 minutes each, probably under 15 minutes total between the three). Although I have a complex medical history, she hasn't asked any follow-up questions about my health conditions. This includes not asking why I haven't seen an Ob/Gyn in over a decade, despite being in my 30s.

Further, she didn't spend any time talking with me about test results; after waiting 30+ minutes past my appointment, she sat me down, told me some levels were off, then finished the appointment. I didn't even get the paper to review my levels. Fortunately, she updated my medication, but I don't know *how bad* my levels of certain vitamins are, how quickly I should expect to experience improvements, etc.

Aside from medicine, she has a clear religious belief evidenced by a large photo on her desk saying something along the lines of "God is always with me," which can feel quite uncomfortable for many patients.

Told me to “just eat” when I was suffering with celiac (that I didn’t know about at the time), suffered for over a year before figuring it out on my own

Very kind and wanting to help. She will take the time to listen to all of your concerns and takes interest in her patients. She wants her patients to get better. She will explain things and is very good at listening to what my concerns are.

According to the receptionist the doctor decided that she didn't want me as a patient BEFORE I saw her. Probably because I have a big file.
