So today I finally walked out, I had enough of Dr Thomson spouting his anti mask, at first, then the letter posted from a Dr. In B.C. ? Saying he was exempt from wearing a mask. He wears this little plastic thing, wow, the Superstore fiasco with his no mask friends. Now we have to listen to his opinions ( everyone is entitled to their own) about not getting vaccinated and their are other alternatives. How govt can’t stop you from travelling, and it’s your right to be able to do what you want in this free country.
How a Medical Professional we are suppose to trust, doesn’t even trust the medical community himself, makes you start to wonder about his ethics. How very disappointing and sad.

Dr Daryl and his team at BLC is amazing for all they do for the patients that come in, I have personally seen what the power of chiropractic can do as to where a family member had trouble walking and now they can do more than they could before seeing him

I’ve been looking for a health care team in the area. Due to my back & hip problems and not being a driver I been painfully isolated long before all this. It’s been horrible for me. All the policing of others… not understanding the nuances in our personal healthcare needs, all the scientific literature & statistical information, and how rights are being trampled… this has created strong divisions in our communities. It’s quite frightening.
I now know where I will feel welcome at Dr Thomson’s office… and from the earlier reviews looks like I’ll be in good hands.

I am horrified and appalled to find that this health professional (???) disregarded the knowledge of many scientists who are much more knowledgeable than himself. It infuriates me that his actions tarnish the Chiropractic Profession, who struggle to legitimize its role in alternative medicine! The College of Chiropractors of Ontario ought to scrutinize his ethics and invoke sanctions if possible. Shame on his merry band of followers who used Dr. notes supplied by him, to avoid wearing a mask to protect us from the C19 virus. I wore my mask to protect them! I am disgusted that I once gave this business a positive review.

Zero regard for patient safety or covid procedure. Not only did this man lead a group of unmasked protesters into a local grocery store, exposing innocent, hardworking people, he refuses to wear a mask at his practice further exposing vulnerable populations that often see a chiropractor. Now that he has been confronted about this issue he has chosen to hide in his office putting signs that is police or town staff try to enter without just cause he will be taking legal action, so much for believing in your cause. He is willing to risk innocent lives but can't even release the video he took or make a statement to the public. He is a coward and I hope not only for your safety but other people's that you will not support this behavior by supporting this "doctor".

Although the staff were very friendly, they obviously lacked science based knowledge and support Darryl's fanciful treatment theories. Anyone with rudimentary understanding of anatomy and/or psychology should be able to see through the nonsense he is trying to sell you. His treatment of my husband's back pain made the problem much worse than it was before seeing him. My husband required medical intervention following his "adjustment" at the clinic. Darryl's plan for my husband included a very long term and costly course of treatment. He is a charleton who should be sanctioned by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. He does not deserve to be called "Doctor".

Gave me a "free" assessment, talked about pinched disks and all the basic things you could say to any adult female horseback rider. Didn't notice my visible-to-the-untrained-eye scoliosis! Also wore one of the bs plastic masks that rest on the chin. Now it turns out he created an anti-mask demonstration at a local grocery store. Organized a bunch of people, wrote them "doctor's notes" to excuse them from wearing masks, and sent them through the store yelling at people. I get that everyone gets to have an opinion, but a "doctor" should have opinions based on science and fact. Not based on YouTube rabbit holes. And if you wanted to share your opinion why not protest outdoors?! Why would you risk the lives of the elderly and health compromised by-standers who are simply trying to purchase their groceries for the week. This "doctor" is a disgrace to his already hokum-based medical field. I would say he should have his license taken away, but since visiting his office I've done the research, and from a scientific standpoint, chiropractors do more harm than good. At best any "healing" they do is a placebo effect or on par with getting a massage. Do not go to this quack. Unless you are an anti-masker, then you two deserve each other!

It is absolutely shameful that this chiropractor, a medical professional, lead a grocery store protest against wearing masks that are designed to protect people from COVID-19. In so doing, he actively encouraged people to engage in behaviour that is contrary to guidance from all international, national, provincial and local medical governing bodies. His behaviour was also extremely disrespectful towards local families who have had loved ones affected by the disease.
