I saw her because she was on my insurance plan, she didn't work with the hearing aids I wanted, and pushed me to a different more expensive set. They turned out to be terrible, the setup time was a joke, and the information she gave me was blatantly incorrect. I actually contacted the manufacturer to get the truth for my questions.

When we turned them back in per the insurance policy, they tried to milk us out of extra money, where incredibly rude, and mis-informed. It took a call to the insurance company to straighten them out.

I will never recommend anyone go here. We found a much better Dr who could only shake his head at their antics, fortunately we got a refund and a better Doctor. I'm rating her so others don't have the same experience.
