I just had the best doctor experience in years. My appointment was at 10, had my prescriptions recorded promptly by a friendly staff member . Dr Mortada reviewed my medical concern, evaluated my symptoms and provided the advice essential to my condition. His office faxed the Prescription to my drug provider before I left the office. Amazing that a specialist of his training is practicing here in Chatham-Kent. (a real loss for Alberta)

I saw Dr Mortada several times after I was hit by a car 6 years ago. No issues I had from my accident were ever resolved or followed up on unless I got another referral from my doctor to see a neuro. He gave me meds that didn’t help the problems or I could not tolerate them. He had me to cardiac testing in the office when I didn’t have any problems. He told me I had a software problem in my brain but not a hardware problem. During one appt he told me I was basically a palliative care patient but wouldn’t put it in writing for my lawyers. When I asked him to put his opinion into the report he told me I had misunderstood him and that he didn’t say that. My dizziness over the last few years has gotten progressively worse and he didn’t seem to want to help me get any better.

Although I have not met Dr Mortada in person yet , all appointments have been by phone, he seems like a very caring man He arrange for me to have tests in his office and also referred me to a neorosurgeon. He is a very kind and caring man. I would recomend him. I have a really painful nerve condition and he is doing everything he can to help me with this. I really appreiate him and his staff, all caring people.

He is the absolute best neurologist as over the last 30yrs ive seen many with absolutely no luck then i was referred to dr mortada been going to him since 2017 to date he takes time to explain he listens hes very knowledgeable has much care for his patients thank you dr mortada

What kind of neurologist would leave the City of Edmonton, Alberta to take up practice in the City of Chatham, Ontario. He required two blood tests that cost me $50. I agree that I've never met any doctor so arrogant in my life. The blood tests I'm sure were for show to make you feel that he was very knowledgeable. This is all for show and his ego.

This Doctor is amazing, he is real after accepting that he had depression he faced it and he beat it.
Continued with his family in the most proper loving way they all are starting a new life. We can all wish if every professional would clinically see his problems and address them with changes successfully like Dr. Mortada did. We need him in our community, he helps out and donates to charities, is getting involved with many locals to help and support the health industry. He has added many new health care privileges to his practice that our community was missing or had to drive 1 hour to accomplish or even wait a year. Why does no one see the positives and put that in the news. Why no news turns around a bad event into a good event. For the outcome that this Dr. has come to not every person can get too. True person !!!!! Reality check to every physician, (what are the problems I am facing and tackle them you are not perfect)

I went to see dr. Mortada after seeing many specialists the last couple years. Dr. Mortada was amazing. He really listened and asked many many questions and was extremely thorough. He actually spent two hours with me and diagnosed me and started treatment which has helped so so much. I am so grateful I finally was sent to Dr. mortada this doctor is amazing!!
