I just got a letter in the mail letting me know Dr. Janzen won't be returning after her mat leave.... it was actually devastating for me to read it. She is an amazing, caring and thorough doctor. I searched for years and years of my adult life to find a replacement for my childhood doctor after he passed and Ashley was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely supportive, never rushed or brushed me off. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors Dr. Janzen! I couldn't think of a better doctor for palliative care.

Dr. Janzen is very thorough and knows her stuff! She takes the time to explain things to you and go through your options. She will even make a follow up phone call to ensure everything is okay. So grateful to have found her!

She has been my GP for a few years now. I have since moved across the city and still brave transit to go see her every single time. She is an incredible doctor. She treats in a way that always ensures your concerns are heard and your needs are met. I am so thankful.

To be honest I think she is probably one of the best Doctors in Alberta. Dr Janzen is the most caring physician I have met. I am certainly lucky to have found such a wonder doctor.

Dr. Janzen is an amazing family doctor. She is patient, caring and makes you feel like she actually cares about you as a person! Always kind and pleasant and never rushes through your visit. She routinely calls me at home for test results even if she knows I have an upcoming appointment. She refers as needed and never dismisses my concerns, even if I myself think they likely are not a major concern. I am happy to have her as my family doctor and feel very comfortable in her care!

I love Dr. Janzen, I switched a couple years ago from another doctor and I will never go back. She is amazing, caring, kind and just a great doctor. She always hears everything you need to say. Never rushes you or dismisses any health concerns.

Quite likely the best G.P. I have had in the last few years in the southwest area of Edmonton. She is thorough, caring and so kind. She checks issues carefully and refers to appropriate specialists. I hope to have her as my doctor for many more years! She has even called me at home to check on me! Wow ! I appreciate her skills and caring attitude beyond words.
