Dr Vasudevan's post-operative care of my father has been terrible. Following a tumour extraction from the bladder, my father was spoken to at 6.45am in the morning following the procedure. Dad is 84, hard of hearing and generally doesn't wake up until 8am so his understanding of what was being said was limited. Attempts from family to speak to Dr Vasudevan were met with condescension and rudeness. My father was catheterised for a week following the procedure and at no time were we told that the short-term effects of this would be total incontinence, particularly at night. No information was given at all. We have found the post-operative care factor for my dad has been zero.
