Always extremely late (hours!) even with a booked appointment, then he's in a rush to get you out (doesn't even look at you).

I respectfully asked for a referral to a dietitian, to work on my diabetes diet plan, and he rudely said "I'm nobody's secretary to write on request. I'm the one who decides here.", and didn't get me a referral, which I only needed for reimbursement for extended health. I went to the dietitian anyway, but had to pay out of pocket.

With a more serious health condition, he would avoid referring to a specialist at all costs, trying to get us back over age over to change medication without a proper diagnostic assessment (which the specialist would provide).

Unfortunately, it's so hard to find family Dr's nowadays... But he's not even an option for its anymore. We moved on.

Excellent doctor! The staff are professional and also helpful. Though sometimes the waiting time is longer than expected, but honestly I think it worth the wait!

Terrible! This doctor doesn't appreciate anyone's time as he is always late! And then has the nerve to change a no show fee. Doesnt send documents he's suppose to unless you follow up and when you finally get to see him it seems like he's in a rush. No idea where these high scores are coming from but those do not reflect anywhere near the service I've received from this doctor.

Multiple visits in person and over the phone. Anywhere from 2-3 weeks wait for an appointment. & Doctor is never on time. When someone has to take time off work, you anticipate for your doctors appointments to be on time or relatively on time. 45minutes to 1 hour if you are lucky.

There’s a no show fee for $30, now I have never been late or a no show but should there not be a fee for a doctor who is ALWAYS late. Clearly doesn’t care for other peoples’ time.

Only plus side is, he is helpful when you finally see him.

Very rude staff except the young man named Michael. the receptionists are extremely rude and they don't care care about the patients. the doctor himself is also extremely rude and arrogant. they don't care about any ones appointment.

Dr Akinsete treated my son at a time when he was most vulnerable with anxiety. His gentle caring and empathy relating to his own life experiences represents the optimal patient to Dr caring relationship. Yes there was a waiting period but this is understandable given the ratio of Drs like him and patients in need of his services. I am great full for his professionalism and his knowledge but most of all for his kindness and caring to my son.

My experience with Dr. Akinsete has always been exceptionally positive. I have found him to be well informed, highly inquisitive, tremendously caring, and very accurate in both his diagnosis and prescriptions.

My experience with Dr. Atkinsete has been so-so. I don’t get the feeling he really cares though and just wants patients in and out of the door. He asked me how I was doing and when I was talking I caught him gazing off and he didn’t appear to be listening at all. I rarely go to visit because I don’t feel he cares. I just go to get my meds refilled. One time I went to him for another issue other than refilling meds and he said it was “white coat syndrome”...seriously? I rarely go for any issues and the one time he says it’s white coat syndrome. Not cool.
