Going to any Pediatric doctor I would expect a bit more as far as how they interact with the child. He had a slightly arrogant demeanour and really didn't interact with my child at all. This was off putting being a parent who is already a little anxious bringing their small child in for treatment. Dr Palmer had an inconvenienced attitude; it is possible to educate while not being condescending and he definitely needs to work on that. Having worked in the dental industry myself, this is what I expect from a specialty office so I will be seeing a different dentist. The staff were wonderful and did make up for him however.

Our experience was mostly with his staff and helpers but overall the whole visit was wonderful. Dental visits are no small trip at my household, I bring three small children to get back to back visits and Dr Palmer and his friends make it easy! (Which I can’t say about certain other dentists geared towards kids). They never leave us waiting and they have reversed my daughters fear of anyone in scrubs, I couldn’t gush more about them. Dr.Palmer went over all of our options and together we chose the best approach, and my children were happy to return the week after to get some follow up work done.

Avoid this "dentist". He will fool you if you dont know much about dentistry. Palmer is especially good in telling you a fairytales if he had made a mistake and needs to justify! Second opinion from another dentist will reveal everything. recommended. He loves general anesthesia for a single tooth or they may not treat the tooth at all...and instead of leaving you a choice of what to do or where to go(as if is the only dentists in the city) he may quickly put a metal cap over the tooth with big decay (untreated) and call it "treatment", of course the tooth absessed as shortly as in 7 month. And dont forget you pay for this to happen. Cobbler but not dentists!? Also a lier!!! recommended. I had heavenly thoughts when i took my child to this place. Bad experience with young lad Palmer and dr. Graham.
