Mr. Cosman is the best nurse practitioner I know. He is extremely kind, helpful, a good listener, doesn't judge you on uncomfortable topics and goes out of his way to give you the best care as possible. I acknowledge that he shakes your hand and has good eye contact when he is talking to you.

On my first procedure I had my interview with the doctor who was to do the procedure. On this go I was not thrilled at being interviewed by support staff, by changed my mind rapidly with Dr. Cosman. He was very knowledgeable, familiar with my past procedures, very familiar with the medical literature on the isolated papers I had seen, and had the patience to discuss every point in detail. His recommended schedule was not what I had planned, but after review of recent work and discussion with my primary care physician we decided to go with his plan. The guy is really on his game and confidence inspiring. Colonoscopy is unpleasant to prepare for but well worth it not just as a diagnostic, but as a maintenance procedure. Done well, with good preparation it can not just confirm existing pathology but head off potential issues. Well worth the effort.
