This doctor passes out medicine like its candy. Doesn't think what he is doing, but if he's using drugs then he isn't thinking. How many people has he killed or turned in to drug users.

Dr Westerback is NOT a good doctor. He wouldn't be where he is today if he was. Run the other way. Dark days ahead if you say with him.

The office staff is so nice and always willing to help. The doctor is very good. Dr. Westerback always evaluated my condition each appt and makes sure I am on the right treatment path. He alway takes his time with me and makes sure all my questions are answered and I am clear on my instructions for medications. He was the key to me recovery. It is obvious He and his staff cares very much about his patients.

Melody is very nice, but the other woman that answers the office phone is so rude I have been shocked at times. Making/changing appt times is extremely difficult and they make you feel like you are asking them to move mountains. He misdiagnosed and over-medicated me, but the final straw came while waiting for my appt and the office manager asked me a very specific, personal, and embarrassing question which made me feel very uncomfortable.

I had to rate him as not so punctual; it's because he gives the patient the time they need, to the extent he can. Sometimes he'll run late but he'll skip lunch and breaks to keep up. They care: receptionist and doctor really care about the patients. The doctor asks questions, listens well. He explains everything: diagnosis, thought patterns, medications, on a white board as needed. He wants the patient to be informed and make collaborative decisions about treatment. If a medicine is not working or is causing intolerable side effects, he wants to take care of the side effects; if that doesn't work, let's move on to the next med. What works for one doesn't work for the other person. He believes the patient should also be going to therapy at the same time (Cognitive Behavior Therapist -CBT- for my diagnosis.) He also recommended an ADHD therapist, as I needed. He believe medicine should not be the only treatment. Not a fancy address or building; clean office. Real people, who dispense healing, with love.
