Does not have time to return your calls even if it is urgent, and her staff are helpless

I have been seeing Dr.Galang for 10 years. Yes, the waiting time to see her varies. But such is the environment for a good doctor. It is because if you are really sick and don't have an appointment she cares enough to work you into her schedule. And if you at some time need to see her without an appointment then you will be thankful for her policy and not mind waiting when you have a scheduled appointment. She is a caring and very good doctor. She listens to your imput and will act on your needs. Her staff are extremly helpful and pleasant.

takes forever to see you, doesn't know you from one visit to the next. looking for a new doctor
