Thank you Dr. Drummond for saving my ears and help me to hear again . I am writing this review late but i feel it needed to be done .. 2 Decades ago around year 2000 -2003 I met Dr Derek Drummond with my mom . I was experiencing a lot of pain on my right and left ear when I showered water would go done my canal and i would get a sharp pain . I went to a previous specialist and he told me its nothing you are fine cleaned my ears . I got fed up after crying for help . Then one day my mom and I at last met Dr Drummond at the Alberta Children's Hospital old site for my ears check-up . He looked inside and said my right has a tube stuck and the left a giant hole and if not fixed I can loose my hearing . He immediately booked me in to remove the tube and in June 2003 I was in for surgery and he fixed my hole and cleaned the ears too . Thank you for being a amazing Dr and so caring I am able to continue to enjoy my ears and can safely manage the wax . I have moved to the Uk but will make a point to visits and see this Dr . I recommend him 11/10... Thank You God Bless

One of the nicest doctors we have ever met. He immediately diagnosed our daughters ear pain as jaw pain. No other doctor we saw could make that connection. Very happy we were referred to Dr. Drummond.

We are leaving the hospital after our son was admitted for a bad sinus infection that spread to his eye. Dr. Drummond immediately diagnosed the problem. He operated on our son late that same night. He cured the problem. We are so grateful that he was the doctor that helped our family at a time are we all really stressed. Great doctor! We are so thankfull.

Didn't even come into the room. Stood at the door and told us our sons re occurring infections were never going to get better because we just “made him that way”. Worst doctor experience.

Really had a good experience with Dr. Drummond. His location in the hospital makes parking no problem. Great staff as well. Highly recommended.

Giving DrDrummond a 2.5 rating even though my experience today was a 1! My initial visit was a 4 , that was 10 months ago . It felt as though I had a completely different Dr today. He was rude, dismissive and told me my child wasn’t going to die and that he would not do surgery simply because I wanted him to. To clarify, my son has dealt with massive tonsils and sickness for the past 3 years. With every dr he say’s commenting on the size of his tonsils. I will definitely be requesting a different referral.

Dr. Drummond has treated my son for 15 years. He saved his hearing in one ear. We would like to thank him for all his time he spent working to make things better. Thanks for all that you have done for us. Best doctor ever.
