Trying to post this review as many places as I can do people don’t go to her. She is definitely a know it all, and she does know a lot, but she won’t ever explain what she’s talking about. I was so confused as to what she was trying to say and when I didn’t understand her she said “then I don’t know what to do” uh?? Maybe explain it better? You’re using this huge words with your patients and they probably sit there confused all hell because they have zero idea what you’re talking about. I sat doing paperwork longer than I did at her desk. I walked out on her because she wasn’t listening to what I was trying to say nor answering my questions on what I have going on. Instead she asked me If I want close with my dad, whom I’m not, and replied with “yeah I can tell”. She’s judging, belittling, and freaking weird. Made the mistake of not pointing at reviews. SHES AWFUL

I have known Dr. Connolly and her office manager for many years. She was the first doctor to take me seriously then diagnose my condition (then treat it.) She spends as much time with you as you need (something I deeply appreciate.) She's a brilliant doctor and is always up on the latest (she was the first to do genetic testing that I knew of) She has never ignored or minimized any of my concerns and she will take forever explaining and re-explaining what is going on with you. She's an excellent and patient teacher something most doctors lack. I trust her fully, her judgement and her knowledge and she's brought me tremendous peace of mind. Her office staff has gone out of their way for me many times, they have only been kind to me. I was really surprised at some of these reviews. I'm really grateful to her and her staff. Give them a shot I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Oh, and Dr. Connolly is kind of "different" (hard to describe her personality) I think it's because she's so smart but she has a warm heart and sincerely cares about her patients.

Brilliant doctor. Extraordinary qualifications & education. She precise and candid. She, literally and figuratively, doesn't beat around the bush.

I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for since 1994. She is thorough, kind, and is willing to listen to all concerns. Knowing my family history, she recommended that I be genetically tested for a predisposition to ovarian cancer. When the test came back positive, she helped me with the next steps that may have saved my life. I know that her personality can be a bit quirky, but I wouldn't trust another doctor to be as concerned with my welfare as she has been over the years. Her main receptionist is rude. But that is the only negative comment I can make about her office. And I'm willing to overlook this rudeness for the quality care that I receive from Dr. Connolly.

Wow, I just left a 45 min appointment with Dr. Connolly. She is the best dr. I have ever had. She is an unusual personality for an M.D. -- which may catch some off guard -- she does NOT have that distant-physician personality. She is caring and frank with me, never rushed, reads my chart before entering the room. Asks direct questions, and genuinely interested. She is also very knowledgeable about herbal and holistic remedies. I do understand where some of the negative comments are coming from about the staff -- they are a little rough around the edges, but since she returns calls directly and is never too busy to get me in right away if I have a problem, I have not dealt with the staff much.

Staff is very rude, especially the girl at the front desk, she talks down to the other girls working there too and even the Doctor. Dr. Connolly even said she was rude. She is the freakin devil, I ran into her in the elevator today, and she was unpleasant as usual.

Dr Connelly is the most thorough and best Dr. for me and my daughters. The staff goes out of their way to help us out, with or without insurance. She is not stuck in Western medicine and is up to date on herbs, vitamins, minerals and alternative treatments. Never is a hurry, she spends all the time necessary to answer your questions and provides you with the additional literature and reading material. I sent my friend to her because of a severe bleeding problem that was undiagnosed and Dr Connelly removed an 11 pound tumor layer by layer with tiny incisions. The recovery was short and my friend claims she is the best doctor in the world! I agree!

Inserted an IUD into my never-before-touched uterus (I haven't had children) despite the fact that the numbing medication I had inserted the night before didn't work. She stuck my uterus with shots of novicaine but that didn't work either. Never felt such pain in my life. Since then I have been diagnosed with PCOS with worsening symptoms. My new doctor says she would NEVER insert an IUD into a woman who has never had a child because A) it is painful to the point of cruelty and B) the Progesterone can (as it did in my case) exacerbate symptoms of PCOS and cause fertility problems. My new doctor said that Mirena is marketed toward younger women to increase its profits, and doctors such as Connolly benefit from kickbacks. Beware, ladies!!
