This office is not patient oriented . They kept me waiting 90 minutes with no apologies. They over schedule for a patient every 15 minutes at Dr Einhorn’s instructions and then you just wait. This represents arrogance and obviously the overarching values are making money as quickly as possible anc not caring about the patient .... let him wait

His front staff are very friendly and courteous. I can't say the same thing for his nurse if she even a real nurse. She is the rudest person in his office. As for Dr. Einhorn, catch him on a good day and he will tell you what you want to hear only. I have been coming to his office for years and to be honest the older he has gotten the more cocky he has got. He walks in and spends no more then 5 mins in the room while you have been waiting out in the waiting room for 45 mins. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that really wants to listen to your concerns.

I have been seeing this doctor for 10 years now. Expect to wait roughly 1 hour past your appt time to see him- they ALWAYS run late, even if you book their first appt after opening. Doctor is pretty knowledgeable about thyroid issues but husband had bad experience with office regarding diabetes issues. They are pretty inflexible about medication refills if you haven't seen the doctor recently (within 3 mos for diabetes issues) which leads to problems. Sometimes I feel as though the doctor has so many patients that I do not receive the attention that I deserve.
