Dr. Lichty is the company doctor at my workplace. He was extremely unhelpful and unresponsive to a problem I had. He effectively blocked from from having what I needed to convalesce from treatment. He did not examine me, nor did he call the specialist who saw me as the specialist requested. Basically he was inflexible in adapting a policy to the employee's needs, and my health was jeopardized as a result.
