I went to this medical walk-in clinic many times. These doctors are out to lunch mentally. They make you wait and the people at the front desk think they’re gifts from god. The doctor doesn’t do her job properly. I even have family members that also agree with this one doctor.

2nd time I walk-in to their medical clinic, she’s always who checked on me. She’s always in a hurry and didn’t seem to care at all. I always ended up nothing from her and just telling me buy the medication otc. I asked her atleast to write down the name for me, she didn’t bother and just repeatedly saying it to me instead. Worst doctor ever!

Worst doctor we have ever encountered. She doesn’t truly care for patients. She’s more concerned she’s going to catch a cold from patients than actually assessing them (while already wearing LAYERS of ppe gear). One would think if catching a cold is a concern, maybe you should change professions.

In 2022 dr. Huang Yulan still refuses to see Patients in clinic if they have a cough or fever. Even though you are able to provide proof of a Negative Covid test. She should be stripped of her licence to practice. She is a coward. I would give no stars if it was an option. I waited 1hr to register my child before he was refused medical attention. Disgusting!

Dr Huang used to be my doctor. She was always on time, and caring. She took time to explain things to me. Since I moved to Toronto, to be closer to my son, I have not been able to find a family doctor like her. I miss her!

My mom went to see Dr. Huang, and needed blood test done. But the lab was closed. Dr. Huang went out of her ways to find a blood test place that was still open. Such an exceptionally caring Doctor is hard to come by.

The most horrible experience ever. My family Dr is retired and i cannot find a Dr that is accepting patients. I had a prescription that was coming to end so i went to the walk in clinic. She came in and asked me the issue, i advised the whole situation and she didnt seem too concerned that i cannot find a family dr, she wrote on a paper a Dr''s name and Healthcare connect. She then proceeded to ask be questions which i did not mind at all. But after the questions she went into details about addiction... i advised her i have been with my family Dr for over 32 years, i have been on this certain meds for over 13 years.. i even brought the bottle, she was very hesitant and said i have to get you to sign a document that you have not seek any certain kinds for prescriptions in the last 30 days, and kept asking me again.. again, i signed the form as i do not have anything to hide, i dont like going to walk in clinics as it is.. Maybe Ohip should allow Dr's to see patients info.. I left there feeling like an addictive criminal, with only 10 tablets... really 10?? I am not sure if you heard i do not have a family DR, and cannot find any Dr accepting patients... Please do not say "i dont know you" for the 10th time, Why have a walk in in clinic??? No personality at all.. I will never deal with her again.

Went for rosea skin problems and it was the worst experience I had. Huang was keeping her eyes on the computer when talking. And after examing my skin, she decided to send me to demonologist and tell me wait for them to call. I had to beg her to give me some meditation for temperarelly relief. She finally wrote down the prescription for me and then (while murmur to herself) decided not to redirect me to demonologist..?! Till now I don't know what kind of decease I have??

Came for a preconception appointment and dr Huang made me feel embarrassed and like I completely wasted my time even bothering to book an appointment. She looked at me confused as to why I was there and asked me what I was worried about and even after expressing my concern because of family health history she continued to tell me there was nothing she can do today to help me and to just come back when I’m actually pregnant. ??????? So if there is an underlying health condition now ... something that may have developed since my last full physical exam almost 1 year ago .. don’t you think I should know about it prior to conceiving a child. She’s been disrespectful before but then I’ve had a few good visits in between.... today drew the line. I feel like when she’s in a good mood the appointments go well but when her mind is somewhere else she clearly isn’t as helpful or compassionate towards her patients.

Dr Huang is excellent and very thorough in her patient care and knowledge. I would highly recommend.
