His staff is terrible. They just joked around and wouldn't answer my questions.

My personal Dr. recommended Dr. Lutrin and said there was few better than him. When I arrived, his receptionist was really rude. I only asked how long of a wait there was and she said they'll get you when they're ready, then slammed the window. After 20 minutes of waiting I didn't dare ask her again, but while waiting I saw her laugh and smile with everyone behind the counter and treat the patients on my side of the window with contempt. What was especially odd was that she only treated the patients poorly when she was by herself. I don't think her employer has any idea how mean she is. When I was finally taken back, the tech was the same way - they made me feel worse than I already was. Dr. Lutrin might be ok, but his staff is the worst! Don't go to this office!
