Cruel bedside manner. Refused to listen to me, never examined me, just my chest and back yet said he did in my patient portal. Never let me know the CT angiogram shows a spot on my lung and small airways disease.... Said it was all in my head. When he suggested a psych consult I asked for one. He said I'd have to threaten to kill myself first otherwise I needed to learn to control my hyperventilating on my own... This was my first and only time hyperventilating. He offered no help. I asked for a Benadryl to see if it would calm me down... He then wrote in my notes that I was asking for sedative hypnotic drugs... Ummm it's Benadryl. I asked if they were going to help me and he said no ... But he did let me know I had some of the highest numbers on my blood gas test showing extreme hyperventilation... While I was still hyperventilating. I was humiliated. I'm seeing a TON of Mayo specialists at his work for different rare disorders. He didn't seem to look at the noted from one of my medical providers stating if my breathing became worse to go to the ER....or ANY of my notes. Which leads me to my first encounter with him last November. He told me to go to a different ER next time because my medical history was too long and he didn't have time to treat people like me. This man should not be with patients. He should be in a lab where his bedside manner never becomes issue.

The worse experience I have ever had in a ER. He did zero testing for my daughter asked what orders we wanted to get her out of the ER. He was so rude. I have never seen such awful treatment. We didn't want to be there either. Will never go back.
