I needed to schedule a physical exam for work and was never told that THEY use different billing codes (i guess i need to have a sixth sense to know that). Only to end up paying $211 after my insurance did not cover pre-employment apt as this is how it was billed for my physical which I could have done at a different office for $60 cash. They schedule everyone with an assumption that your insurance will cover it and then rip you off!!!! I never had this before and have been working for the same company few years now! I guess I have to become a medical biller now to know which code is used for which apt! Ridiculous...
