The person below does not know what he is talking about. He cares for his patients and goes weekly to two dialysis facilities to see and evaluate patients. Does this person knot know that dialysis patients find it hard to communicate to Montgomery for treatment three times a week? Dr. Krothapalli earned his money and I know for a fact that he will not charge some of his patients copay when he knows their financial conditions. I know for a fact that he called up one man who w reluctant to have valve replacement and talked to him for around 20 minutes to encourage him to have surgery. Some just don't want to understand what a doctor like Dr. K. does and how he cares about all his patients. Maybe they are not capable of understanding?
I know for an absolute fact Dr. Krothapalli is a good doctor a very smart doctor and caring doctor.

The Docctor is not providing proper medial care to his Patients. It is not possible when you operate three Dialysis clinics, he sees all the patients at each clinc, and the clinics are not all located in the same city. He sees his paitent in his office as well as patients in the hospital. One person cannot provide good paitent care. He's just looking at patients and moving on. He his case load isn't reduced he could make a serious medical decision that could case a patient to loss their life and that is not good for him or his patients. He started out as a very good Coctor who seem to care about his patients and their well being. Money iss thr root of all evil. You can't make all the money in the world. He took an oath to take care of paitents. Not become rich.
