I am a 15 year old girl who has been suffering with urinary incontinence for 8 years now. Dr.cook was rude arrogant and extremely unhelpful i’ve had 2 surgeries done by him and he told me they would work and there was the slightest chance that it wouldn’t. Unfortunately they did not which I understood that there was a chance it wouldn’t be, But then told me to go out and buy a lottery ticket cause i was 1 in a thousand that it didn’t work on which was i feel extremely rude and unprofessional especially that this has been effecting my life for so long and the arrogance he had to say that to a 15 year old who’s been struggling for so long was absolutely disgusting go anywhere else honestly. He has ruined all trust i’ve had with any doctors in my life to this day.

Dr. Cook did a great job on my son's circumcision. He was very straightforward, and has good bedside manner. He is a great surgeon, and anyone would be lucky to have him as their doctor.

Dr. Cook did an excellent job with my son's circumcision. He is very calm and will answer any questions you have for him. Knowledge and skill wise I got the feeling he can do it in his sleep. My son was in and out of surgery within a matter of minutes, and the operation went flawlessly. The healing process was quick and the esthetics very pleasing. Thanks Doc.

Horrible experience with Dr. Cook, but luckily I was warned and not surprised. Very arrogant and doesn’t give you the time of day. Did not even come to the pre consult meeting and sent only his resident. Did not come to meet me before my son’s surgery, but instead in passing by mentioned “we will just do as discussed”, to which I had to tell him actually we have never met. I asked him to come by post operatively to answer a few questions, but of course he didn’t bother. 👎

Awful bedside manner. Completely arrogant. Waited 6 months to be provided zero information. Said he would return after a urine sample only to have his nurse dismiss us. Go somewhere else.

My children have been in the care of Dr. Cook over the last 6 years. Dr. Cook did both my son's surgeries 3 years apart. The assessment, surgery, and follow-up have all been excellent. He explained everything and was very caring and funny during the surgeries. We have since visited the clinic and again Dr. Cook was attentive and knowledgeable. He didn't waste my time, saw both boys together even though the AHS referral system is broken and couldn't figure it out. A big thank you from my family!

Impossible to get staff to call you back. Once we were finally able to see Dr. Cook he was very kind and caring. The front line staff were very disorganized and unfriendly
