I had been a patient of Dr. Chuck for many years. In the last few years they were all about making money, not their patients. He completely ignored my concerns, and I was left paying for hardware that I couldn’t use, because it didn’t fit properly. When I complained to the manager about the fact that I was paying for something that I couldn’t use, she didn’t care. I was completely ignored by both Dr. Chuck & Sandy at the front desk. I guess they got to bill the insurance company and that was the only thing that mattered. After 20+ years as a loyal customer, I will never go back to Varsity family dental & Dr. Chuck Stewart again.

I was a patient at the clinic for many years. Over time I found that it seemed that the office systems were profit and not care centered. Hygienists were not forthcoming with suggestions with suggestions to help with my gum issues. I had to remind Dr Stuart a couple times of my discipline in following his instruction. Even though the situation was worsening I had to prompt to get them to offer addition methods that I could use to help. Unfortunately I lost confidence in the good and cherry Doctor as the focus and mission of the office appeared not to be patient centered.

Great experience start to finish. Painless and loads of information to help me decide what option was best for me. Not the cheapest office in town but I'm willing to pay a bit extra for the quality.

Didn't have a problem with him as much as his staff. Worst dental experience I've ever had and I have had lots of dental work done. Not impressed with this company at all.

Awesome office from receptionists to assistants and great dentist!
Totally put my mind and ease by explaining all my options and then giving me time to decide.
Highly recommend and the new renovation is beautiful.

Dr Stewart is a kind, gentle dentist with a great sense of humor and an honest opinion. He is certainly not a dentist who is seeking to do procedures just for the sake of doing them to make more money, so I think I can trust if he says that something needs to be done he sincerely means it. His staff is equally as wonderful! Our kids have never had a bad experience, and neither have I.
