Please do not go here. The staff aren’t friendly, they have no care for your comfort, they’re short tempered whenever you don’t immediately do what they ask and they have the annoying habit of putting their fingers in your mouth for no apparent reason and then use that hand to hold your face still so you get your spit all over your face. I’ve been to many doctors in my life but every time I go there the horribleness doubles. It’s as if they’re having a competition trying to see who can make me rip my hair out first. These have been by far the worst visits to any doctor I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. If your looking for an orthodontist please do not go here unless you like to be surrounded by medieval torturers all trying to make you regret ever being born.

This man is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. Never answers my questions, gets mad when you have concerns, my teeth don’t even look good and made me think i was lying when I said my retainer broke and my teeth started shifting WHICH THEY WERE I CAN SEE IT. Save your money for another orthodontist he genuinely has made me cry at least 3 times while I had my appointments with him. AWFUL

I never make reviews, in fact this is my first one ever but please for the love of God, do not go here. I don't know how/why this place has such good reviews but it's the complete opposite. The staff here are rude and Dr. Bhala himself is so passive aggressive for no reason. The staff do not care about you what so ever. When they are doing the checkups, they treat you like a test dummy and put your own saliva all over your face. They are also speaking in their own language so I can't tell if their talking bad about the patients, but it sure does sound like they are. The only good person here is the receptionist. She's kind and does her job well. Everyone says, "I love the results, made my teeth look amazing" of course they do, that's the point of having braces. Every where you go your going to see the same result. What I'm trying to say is, do not go here if you want a good experience. There are better places than this and I highly recommend you listen to what I'm saying. Google reviews are fake listen to this site, it's the only real one.

He is very rude and doesn’t care about your concern. The only thing he cares about is money. I will never recommend him to anyone I know.

The most unprofessional orthodontist I’ve come across is extremely rude and only concerned about ripping your money out of you. His staff are decent and deserve a better workplace. This guy raised his voice at my mom as she asked him questions about my treatment. He’s extremely unprofessional and doesn't like treating his customers with respect. He forces people to give him 5-star reviews on Google, which is disgusting.

I told him that I had gone to another orthodontist before coming to him, so he saw that as an opportunity to make fun of that other orthodontist without even knowing a single thing about him. He said something along the lines of "some people that come from back home just don't know what they're doing."

- He makes your parents come for appointments. I had to cancel appointments because my parents couldn’t come. It’s a huge inconvenience. If you’re a teen and even an adult he still makes your parents come. Makes no sense.
- He doesn’t listen to your concerns and brushes them off. I told him about a concern with my retainer and he still made me put them on.
- As everyone else said, he’s rude an unprofessional.
Also his Google reviews seem to be fake…Seriously, save yourself your $6000 and go somewhere else. There’s way better orthodontists out there. I wish I never went to him. It was a terrible braces journey with him.

He made my son give a 5star rating on Google. If I was there I would have not allowed this. He is very rude and unprofessional. Just wants your money!
