Dr. Foong is one of the best RE out there if not the best. For us, she is.. she’s the most personable, practical and knowledgeable doctor we’ve ever dealt with at RFP. She is trustworthy and is so very sweet and kind. She even went above and beyond and called me even after we got transferred to my GP. She is a blessing from God and I was honoured to have her as our doctor.

I have done IVF over 7 years, 6 cycles. I can say by my experience that what make you successful in this treatment is a doctor who cares about you and she did care about my case. After 2 doctors that barely showed up on consultation I did my last cycle with Dr. Foong and she listened to me, analyzed my case, prescribed thr right amount of medication, showed up on the embryo transfer day and performed the embryo transfer (yeah, the other doctor never did...) and now here I am pregnant of 40 weeks. After God, I thank Dr. Foong for caring about me! God bless her!

We have been seeing Dr. Foong since 2018. She is such a kind and knowledgeable doctor. Her bedside manner is truly outstanding. She talks to you like you are an old friend and it's easy to feel comfortable asking her anything. She is thorough and our family loves her!

My partner and I have met with Dr Foong twice now and I find her to be refreshingly practical, informative but also hopeful, the latter of which I see as a refreshing, next-level quality in a reproductive physician.

I think it’s important to remember that these physicians work as a team. You will probably see many during an IVF round.

I have seen Dr. Foong several times over the course of my treatment. In contrast to other ratings, she struck me as informed, technical, pleasant and personable. She was vastly more positive in consultation than others, picked up on nuances in ultrasounds that others missed, and was gentle during examinations, taking the time to explain what was happening. She is optimistic but also careful -and I’m always happy to hear she’s the doctor on a given day. I would trust her again and again.

I am very very disappointed with my experience. This is a check in and check out mentality. They forget they are dealing with humans. Takes for every to talk to this doctor on the phone. I had failed my IUI, I question even my clomiphine dosage. Last time I spoke with this doctor, I was left with so many questions and felt like it was a factory full of health care workers that dont care. As a health care provider myself, I know what healthy expectations look like and this is NOT an adequate clinic. I couldn't get my results for anything, HSG or blood work. I then finally got the results from a different physician thought NETCARE. I spoke to a fertility doctor internationally who is known to have a good reputation and he said he thinks the system has let me down with these false "normal" blood work results which in fact are not normal. Also, he was shocked by how little intervention was being done for me and my care. I genuinely feel no one really cares in this clinic about women and infertility.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Foong at RFC. She has terrible bed side manner (rude, impatient, always in a rush and does not take the time to answer questions thoroughly or appropriately). She treats your body like a business. Will give you prescription after prescription but never calls you in for check-up to see how things are going. She does not personally relay IMPORTANT diagnostic information - instead has her staff do it (some of which are equipped to do so and others who have no idea what they are doing). When questioned about diagnostic results, Dr. Foong will not give you all of the information. In fact she lied to me and told me no additional information was available when another healthcare professional, gave me pertinent information from the same report. The service at this clinic is disgusting. Treat people like humans. Not just dollar bills to line your pockets.

While my overall assessment of this doctor is positive - I think she is probably one the most surgically skilled at her clinic and that she can assess a situation very quickly - she is more of a technical doctor than the kind who connects with your heart. That’s ok by me; I find it confusing an unnerving when virtual strangers act like I’m special to them when that cannot possibly be true. So stay technical Dr Foong but please use LOTS of lube during procedures and if you see a patient is uncomfortable, don’t just ask if they’re ok - take all available active steps to cut down on their suffering and do not convey to the patient there is something wrong with her, even if her pain response strikes you as unusual.

Was referred to Dr. Foong from my GP, and luckily had a positive pregnancy test only days before our appointment. Dr. Foong ordered a blood test to confirm the pregnancy and let us know that our file would be open for a year in case anything happened. The day after a nurse called us with the good news that we had a big fat positive!

Dr. Foong did my HSG test a few days ago and she was kindness itself. I had been extremely anxious about the test and despite taking ativan before the procedure, had a panic attack during the exam. She was calm, kind, patient and compassionate and I am truly beyond grateful to her for getting us both through the ordeal. She called me this evening before leaving the office just to see how I’m doing and to offer words of moral support and encouragement. This wonderful lady truly embodies everything that a Physician should be.
