She was kind, and she listen to me, she is very personable

I went to DentalWorks because I had tooth pain on my upper right side. The office staff was very polite and helpful and the receptionists were extremely helpful. I saw Dr. Sharon T. Okezie and I couldnt be happier with my visit. Her chairside manor is impecible and she is very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my tooth. I ended up needing a crown on my upper right molar. She was very gentle and explained every part of the procedure as she went on. Her assistant that was assisting her that day was also very helpful and comforting. I will only return to DentalWorks and I will always request to see Dr. Okezie. If only all dentists were this polite and honest, that would be wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr. Okezie to anyone that needs dental treatment.

Sharon is very cold and unwelcoming. I had sensitive tooth pain and she seemed annoyed that she couldn't find the location of what was causing it, like I was inconveniencing her. I was asking questions that she didn't really answer, I felt stupid. She never explained what she was doing, no bedside manner whatsoever. She had to re-cement a crown for me and had to do it at least 10 times, finally I gave up and just said it's fine. It's not completely fixed and I'm going to have to go back and get it corrected. I had to pull answers out of her for what was going on, she just acted like I was ruining her day for making her do her job. Her staff is very sweet and pleasant and I think I hope I just caught her on a bad day or something?
