I will agree that it was difficult getting in to see him. However, after I finally got to meet with him, I couldn't care less about the wait - he was MORE than worth it!! He spent, literally, over 2 hours with me. He was kind, funny, humble, knowledgeable and had a genuine interest in helping me. He did for me in 2 hours what has been impossible for every other doctor I have been to in the last 10 years. He diagnosed me!!! He gave a name to and a reason for all of the seemingly crazy symptoms I have had for a decade. He didn't assume I was over exaggerating because he couldn't figure it out like dozens of other doctors. He didn't give me a "catch all" diagnosis even though my symptoms didn't fit like dozens of other doctors. He talked to me like we were old friends and positively impacted my life in ways he could never imagine. Thank you, dr. Kelts. May God bless and keep you!!

I'm hopeful (cautiously optimistic) that this is a good fit for me. He has had excellent interpersonal skills since our first visit. The biggest problem that I can find with his office is the 3rd party communication and the stories are getting turned around before they even reach the doctor. I do have serious concerns about the lack of professionalism in the office and communicating things clearly to the doctor when a call is taken. I also think the office staff should be honest about when he is taking a day off. A Possible Solution: I think it would be a better use of time for Dr. Kelts to make office time for himeself where he could return some phone calls quickly. I do believe him to be a very honest, kind, compassionate and highly knowledgeable and open person with an awful lot on his plate. A partner in his practice may also help to alleviate some of the craziness.
