My kids have been going to Dr. Marcy for 7 years. We love everything about her practice! She even saw my son as an emergency visit on a day when the office was closed.

We live on the other side of town, but because of the dr, the office and most importantly Diana the AMAZING dental assistant we travel from a far.

Highly recommended. Dr. Marcy and her staff know just how to talk and explain procedures to the kids without causing them concern or worry. Dr. Marcy is a hard worker and very knowledgeable. She has always made time to accommodate us when an urgent issue arises. We moved and now drive an hour to see her for our appts.

We had fantastic experience with Dr Keown. She and her staff truly live up to their reputation. From the time you enter the office to the time you checkout it is all bout the patient and making sure they fill welcome, comfortable, calm, informed, and relaxed. We took out 7 year old son who has autism. They staff was highly educated and knew exactly how to cater to his uniqueness. He name was displayed when we first entered, the front office team was welcoming. The dental assistant talked to our son at his eye level, she took time to learn about him, she explained the process, and ensured us we can decide how far we want to push him through the process, especially since it was his first time at this office. They let him get familiar with the setting, he got to pick a movie to watch, he also got a sensory squishy toy to help him relax. The dental assistant talked him through all the steps, she let him feel the tool, she let him have breaks as needed. Dr Keown did the same, she talked to him and us, she explained what she will do. She also let us parents decided how far we want to push with the cleaning, especially since at some point he got upset and scared. She was not bothered by his crying. At the end he got rewarded with small toy. The checkout was great and you did not feel like it was all about money ( unlike our previous provider). We would highly recommend this dentist.

We love Dr. Marcy! Her staff is amazing too! Our children are 9, 7 and 4. Our 7 year old has Down Syndrome and they all love going to the dentist. Our special needs son loves her despite some painful dental work he had done due to an injury. We cannot speak highly enough about this Doctor and her practice!!!
