Incompetant. Extremely poor listening skills and even worse decision making ability. After two years, does not know my medical history at all. I am still waiting for him to inform me of the results of a shoulder xray after an injury. Still can't control my hypertension and hasn't made a referral to a specialist - this from an insipid buffoon who makes a specialist referral for a hangnail - and this after having a TIA.
