My husband and I have been patients of Dr Church for many years and love him.

I don't think this boy has a clue what goes on. He told me once, when I balked at a 2 hr wait to see him, that he was having to "work me in" like I didn't have an appointment, which I did. I've never waited less than an hour, so today I kindly told the desk that I was leaving, I'd been there an hourand I was no longer going to wait. They used the excuse that he has to take care of a bunch of sick people who had to be seen... well, take care of your scheduled patients, then work in the walk-ins, not the other way around. Every time I go, he promises to be better, next time, promises me I won't have to wait. Never again. You lost a patient, Dr. Church.

Dr Church has always gone above and beyond. He is very compassionate and spends time with our family.

He is kind and seems to care about his patients, but his office is extremely inefficient. Prescriptions are not filled on time or not at all, the wait time is far too long, and the whole office seems "forgetful."
