Wow. These comments describe my experience with Dr.Vragel (Burns) perfectly. Listens but offers very little actual help. Doesn't seem all that knowledgable either. I've finally had it and have decided to find someone new.

Dr. Vragel asked me a ton of questions and offered no answers. She would not refer me to a specialist, and seemed nervous and unsure of herself. If I was sick in the hospital she certainly is not the Doctor I would want making decisions on my treatment. I am going to change Physicians.

She is wonderful. Very supportive. Listens and suggests therapy or refers to a specialists.

She doesn't seem to really do anything, even after describing symptoms in detail. She just says what it could possibly be, but does nothing. No test, or prescriptions or anything.....

I think she is incredible. Best ever. Thorough, caring and exceptional interraction.

I voiced my concerns and she made lots of suggestions and then did NOTHING!!
