I was met over the phone (since I live in Wyoming) by the gracious and beautiful Shireen. She guided me through the onboarding process and made it seamless and fun. When I arrived in Newport Beach, I was welcomed by the lovely and warm women in the office. Emma and Harriet are precious. My connection with Chelsea, Dr. Agha’s PA, has been so enjoyable and sweet. She’s so bright, and knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful . After. a personal consultation with Dr. Agha, I chose to have an extended tummy tuck, light lipo and a derma suspension breast lift. My results are more beautiful than I could ever have hoped for. I have my feminine curves back. I feel freed from the prison of my former body. Dr. Agha is a rare jewel. He is a master surgeon and an amazing artist. He is the only one of his kind. He loves what he does and he cares about his clients. It was more than worth the dollars spent, and the recovery process. Dr. agha gave me a priceless gift. I’m forever grateful.

Do your research!! Read the negative reviews! Look up the malpractice lawsuits!
When I initially met with Dr. Agha, I showed him the areas of my body that bothered me (back and arms) and based on that discussion, HE suggested the surgeries that would address those concerns. We also discussed him doing a capsulectomy, and implant exchange with fat grafting. He told me my surgery would take 7 hours & his wife Shireen gave me a quote. When I met with Dr. Agha for my preop evaluation a month before surgery, we discussed the SAME concerns as before- his wife then tells me that Dr. Agha didn't provide her with all the details during our initial meeting - so now my quote was $11,000 more!! Shireen said "we should be charging Beverly Hills prices"! I still agreed to move forward with surgery, believing that Dr. Agha was capable to give me the results he promised. I WAS DECEIVED!

On surgery day, I was taken back into the preop area by an unlicensed assistant, who completed documentation as a Registered Nurse! After I booked my surgery, Dr. Agha's office informed me that I'd be getting a preop phone call from their "nurse" Roma - she is NOT a nurse! She is another unlicensed assistant! Nicole, Cristela & Roma are UNLICENSED assistants - NOT Nurses - they do not have extensive education, training or credentials of nurses!

I was taken into the OR and prematurely sedated before Dr. Agha was even in the room, so that he could come in & take NUMEROUS photos & videos for his Instagram page- even re-doing some of the video takes! Patients sign consents to be photographed for his social media, but we do NOT CONSENT TO VIDEOS or THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PROLONGED & UNNECESSARY ANESTHESIA FOR EXTENDED FILMING & PHOTOS FOR DR. AGHA'S PROFIT & EGO!

Dr. Agha rushed through my surgery because he had scheduled another patient before my procedures and her surgery was prolonged! Despite being told I would have drains placed during surgery, there were NO drains placed during surgery and NO abdominal binder placed on me after surgery so the swelling caused by the blood draining into my abdomen and back were horrifically painful!!

At every post op visit I expressed my frustration that my arms and back looked almost unchanged except for the deformity he caused by the back lift resulting in giant bulges under my arms ! He had soooo many excuses from "it would have taken longer to perform" the right surgery to he "misunderstood" what I wanted! He's the one who told me what procedures would address my concerns!

I can't wear a bra, bathing suit or tank top because my arms look horrible and I have giant bulges underneath my armpit/upper back area! My photos are posted on the Real Self website.
Dr. Agha did a SLOPPY, RUSHED, BOTCHED surgery on me! Because of his greed, he scheduled another patient's surgery before me & then had to rush through mine!

While waiting in the preop area I heard him tell his anesthesiologist "I make you alot of money"! That's all he cares about - MONEY! I don't want a revision or more surgery from him-I don't trust him or his staff - I want my money back! You mean nothing to him, unless you're a celebrity housewife or a social media influencer!!!

Positive reviews can be bought, or posted by family and friends of staff! Online reputation management companies can have negative reviews deleted!

The staff is nice and friendly for the most part, except Chelsea, she is 90% of the time in a bad mood, or makes you feel like you’re bothering her. The girls at the front desk are wonderful. Happy Roma is gone, she was a HORRIBLE person always had an attitude and was very rude! Dr. Agha is very friendly when he’s in front of other people in the waiting area but can be very rude in the room when you’re alone with him! He only likes beautiful people like I seen others say, it’s true unfortunately. His work was ok definitively not worth the price he charges. You feel very uninformed after surgery about what’s going on or what needs to be done. Your follow ups are just them half cleaning your incision and sending you on your way. You will only get responses half of the time from the staff. I wouldn’t recommend my family or friends to go to him.

Dr. Agha is extremely nice and professional. Before I paid for my surgery the staff was willing to accommodate my schedule but after the surgery, I had to go by their schedule. I had to take time off work to be at his office at a convenient time for them. I did not see a lot of difference after the surgery, I am very disappointed.

I had a Brazilian but lift with lipo on my back ,flanks, thighs and stomach. Dr. AGHA has transformed my body into a more sculpted and feminine shape. I love it! My experience from beginning until now has been over and above my expectation. My surgery went smoothly with little to no pain and no problems. After the surgery Dr. Agha has had a close eye on my recovery. I have been in a few time for check-ups. Dr. Agha has a great staff. Shireen is very knowledgeable and thorough with what to expect before and after surgery. Danielle Galanos is a sweetheart . She is super helpful and positive. I highly recommend Dr. Agha and his staff, so much so my own daughter is schedule for liposuction.

I don't want to completely gush, but I truly think Dr Agha is the best. I am in my 40s, and after childbirth and weight gain/loss, I had many things I was very unhappy with about myself. I work out very hard and am very strong, but some things just cannot be corrected in the gym. My procedures have included: lower body lift, breasts, upper arms, lower face and neck, and nose. I had very realistic expectations; I can honestly say that my outcome has exceeded my expectations. From Day 1 I felt at comfortable with Dr. Agha. He is professional and real, he will explain in lay person's language. He has a great sense of humor that puts you at ease. I have total trust in his skills and decision making. Each procedure has come with the expected tough recoveries. Most comments I get are how good I look, but none suspect I had surgery. It has been worth every penny and given me confidence through the roof. I not only love Dr. Agha, but the whole staff make you feel welcome and like old friends.

8 weeks ago I had inner and outer thigh lipo as well as lower abs and lower back (love handles) lipo'ed by Dr. Agha. I won't say the healing process wasn't painful, but his staff was very helpful with all my calls with questions after surgery. I took his advice and purchased an endermologie package of 10 sessions through Anisia who works at his office. I HIGHLY recommend doing this after lipo to smooth out any lumps and bumps and to help with the lymphatic drainage for faster healing. I am so happy with the results and have been wearing my skinny jeans with confidence and maxi dresses I could never wear before with my saddle bags! Dr. Agha is amazing at his job and would recommend him to any of my friends thinking about this procedure.

Dr. Agha did my breast augmentation, I went from an A to a full C. I have to say they are perfect! I couldn't be happier. He did an amazing job. I went under the breast and there is very minimal scarring. I have gotten many compliments on how real they look. I had no bruising at all after surgery. The ahold experience was great. He really made me feel comfortable and seemed extremely knowledgable on what he was doing. I give him an A++ !
